One Reply to “Feb 21 – Intellectual Property Rights?”

  1. The Constitution was designed with individualism in mind more so than liberty which is why the clause about protecting inventions is there.

“That which promotes individual human life is good” doesn’t say anything about doing what is best for societies.

Gale made a good point by saying “in time” it is good for society.

If rejecting Intellectual Property Rights is a requirement for libertarianism, call me a individualist.
